I don't believe in "going on a diet". Diets are often overly restrictive, short-term solutions that leave us feeling defeated when we can't maintain the results.  

I am all about making incremental changes to your current diet until these adjustments become long-term healthy habits. Nutrition Coaching is all about finding solutions that work for you; your life, your schedule. It's about creating balance and educating yourself on how to make empowered meal choices so you can continue feeling successful for years to come.
